Athletics NZ Shot Put and Discus Coaching Workshop + Virtual Throws Competition

• Saturday 4 December
• 9.30am to 12pm – CAD Level 1 Shot Put and Discus coaching workshop
• 1pm – 5pm – Athletics NZ Virtual Throws Competition, open to athletes aged 12+, implements will be based on U18, U20 and Senior grades.
• Competition events:
  • 1pm: Shot Put
  • 2pm: Discus
  • 3pm: Javelin

Where: Tauranga Domain, Cameron Road, Tauranga

Registrations essential and close on Thursday 2 December. Entries on the day are $5 extra
