The Women’s Throws Weekend will be held at Mercury Bay Multi Sport Park, off South Highway West in Whitianga. The programme for the weekend is:

Date: Saturday 10th & 11th October, 2026
Schedule: 10.00am start
Saturday – Hammer, Shot Put, Discus, wt single arm throw
Sunday – Heavy wt Pentathlon (you throw your normal wt and the 2 below and the 2 above, 3 throws each), 56lb, 100lb

This is a low key meet. No records can be set, but standards for the 56lb, 100lb and Heavy Wt Pentathlon will be started.
