When asked for your Club 4 Letter Code and your Club Name you MUST enter it exactly as it is shown on the  Club Code.  List for codes can be found here

If your club is not listed here, please enter OTHE for Club 4 Letter Code and Other for Club Name and then answer the question on the next page.

Entry fee for spectators is $10 Adults, $5 Students,  (12 and under are free)
